Delta 8 THC
Delta 8 THC is a naturally occurring chemical compound found in cannabis. When consumed, it produces a similar effect to that of Delta 9 THC – the common psychoactive compound found in marijuana. However, users report experiencing less anxiety and paranoia.
Yes! Since Delta 8 THC occurs naturally in hemp, all compounds derived from hemp are considered legal to possess, consume and are protected under federal law (according to the 2018 Farm Bill). However, some states have put a ban on Delta 8 THC products, and we are unable to ship to those states. They are (as of 07/2021): Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Kentucky, Idaho, Iowa, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, and Washington. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Delta 8 has similar effects to that of Delta 9 THC – the main psychoactive compound found in marijuana. However, most of our customers report that Delta 8 is slightly less potent compared to Delta 9 THC, giving them less anxiety and paranoia. If you have never tried any psychoactive compounds before, we recommend doing your research on the effects of marijuana before trying any Delta 8 products.
Yes! All of our Delta 8 THC products are third party lab tested to ensure quality and safety for our customers. Delta 8 THC is a naturally occurring compound found in cannabis, and like marijuana, has exhibited a wide range of wellness benefits with little to no harm to the human body. However, Delta 8 is a psychoactive compound – we highly recommend you talk to your doctor and do your own research before trying Delta 8. Delta 8 is not recommended for those under the age of 21.
Nope, you do not need a license! It is legal to purchase Delta 8 THC online. We ship to all states that allow Delta 8 THC to be purchased and consumed.
CBD (or Cannabidiol) is a naturally occurring chemical compound found within both hemp and marijuana – also known as a ‘cannabinoid’. CBD has grown in popularity because of its seemingly endless range of wellness benefits. CBD is found in high concentrations in hemp compared to marijuana, which is why most CBD manufacturers source their products from hemp. We recommend doing your own research online to learn how CBD can help benefit you.
Yes! All CBD products are federally legal in the U.S. thanks to the 2018 Farm Bill, which protects CBD products derived from hemp. As long as the CBD products you consume contain less than 0.3% Delta 9 THC (the psychoactive compound found in marijuana), your product is legal. All products in our marketplace are lab tested to ensure full compliance with the law.

Almost everyone has heard of CBD oil by now. But what exactly is CBD oil, and how do I use it?
The most common form of CBD oil is a CBD Tincture. This is made from a CBD extract (a highly concentrated oil from the hemp plant) and a carrier oil (like coconut oil).
You can use CBD Oil Tinctures in a variety of ways – in your food, drinks, or directly in your mouth. Tinctures can help with a variety of things, like pain relief, stress relief, sleep aides, anxiety relief, anti-inflammation, and much more.
We sell a variety of potent CBD Oil Tinctures here!
Hemp flower is the harvested buds from the hemp plant. Since they are both cannabis, hemp flower looks, smells, feels, tastes and smokes just like marijuana except without the psychoactivity. This is because hemp flower contains high levels of CBD and trace levels of THC (psychoactive compound in marijuana). This is the same CBD that is found in tinctures, gummies, topicals, etc. If you are someone who enjoys all the aspects of smoking, but does not like getting ‘high’ – we highly recommend trying our CBD hemp flower.

Hemp, also known as Cannabis Sativa L., is a species of plant located around the world in a variety of climates. Hemp has been a vital part of civilizations for over 12,000 years! Ancient humans used hemp for traditional methods such as clothing, paper, cattle feed, ropes, oils and medicine. Today, hemp is most popular for its ability to produce CBD oils. Hemp produces the highest concentration of CBD compared to its genetic cousin, marijuana. The history of hemp is quite astounding, and more than we can possibly list here. We recommend you light up a J and dive into the world history of hemp one night!
Marijuana is the genetic cousin of hemp, both categorized as Cannabis. Marijuana is a relatively new term used to describe a specific type of hemp flower that produces a psychoactive effect when smoked. Genetically, hemp and marijuana are fairly similar, however marijuana produces elevated levels of Delta 9 THC (the psychoactive compound) and other chemical compounds compared to hemp. Due to this psychoactive nature, marijuana is considered a Schedule 1 narcotic according to the US govt. and is highly regulated. Here at Lifted & Chill, we only sell fully compliant hemp-derived products and no marijuana products.
Everybody is different because every BODY is different. Therefore, it’s hard for us to tell what will and will not work for you. However, this simple guide might help you find the right product:
Prerolls – Also known as a ‘joint’, a fun way for fast effects but not practical indoor use. Effects may only last a few hours.
Flower – Similar effects to a preroll, however, requires grinding and packing into a smoking device.
Vapes – Most popular method. Fast effects, easy to use, very practical and easy to conceal. Effects may only last a few hours.
Edibles – Great tasting method. Easy to use, however, it may take up to 2 hours before you feel the effects. Effects may last all day!
Tinctures – Similar to edibles, however, slightly faster effects and will last up to 6-8 hours. Very easy to use, can add to a variety of foods and drinks.

Tinctures are a great way to easily, and quickly digest a high dose of cannabis. They are typically produced by combining an oil base (like MCT oil) with a cannabis extract (like CBD distillate or CBD isolate). Tincture oil usually comes in a small bottle with a graduated dropper for easy dosage.
Tinctures have a wide variety of uses. Feel free to add drops to your food, drinks, under your tongue, or on your skin.
The most effective way is to squeeze drops under your tongue and wait 30 seconds. Tinctures may take up to 45 minutes before you feel the effects!

For all else, you may need to try more before you feel it working!
Users who are new to CBD products sometimes don’t notice it working. CBD is not a drug and you will not feel any forms of intoxication. CBD’s job is to fix what needs to be fixed – and nothing more.

It depends on what, when, and how much you consume.
All of our CBD products contain trace levels of THC. Not enough to trigger a drug test unless you consumed well over the recommended amount hours before a test. We have plenty of users who have passed drug tests while consuming high levels of CBD products daily.
All of our Delta 8 THC products contain THC, and depending on the test, will trigger a positive result.
Lifted and Chill does not guarantee you will pass a drug test after using our products. If you need to pass a drug test, please refrain from using CBD or Delta 8 products for at least 2 weeks prior.
These are the names of subspecies of cannabis. These names began to arise in modern cannabis culture as ways of identifying the effects of a certain strain.
Sativa dominant strains have uplifting, stimulating and often head-rush like buzz effects. Great for added energy throughout the day, or activating your creative side.
Indica dominant strains are quite the opposite, and are well known for “couch-lock” effects. Meaning, they provide relaxing, calming and deep sleep effects.
Hybrid strains are a blend between Sativa and Indica, and can vary greatly in their effects. Some hybrids have more relaxing attributes while others may be more energetic. Hybrid strains have become the most common as Indica and Sativa genetics become blended together as new strains emerge.
