Refund and Return Policy
We accept returns up to 5 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and not exposed to corrosive elements. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 3-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Please note, sometimes products like vapes or tinctures, or any other oil products may experience slight leaking during the shipping process. Most of the time, no noticeable amount of oil is lost, and the product will work as intended. If significant oil has been lost, we will accept your return and issue a refund immediately.
