Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
(For those who chose standard USPS shipping options) Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Local delivery

Currently, Next Day delivery is available and free for all orders within zip codes 90001 and 91755 (qualified region). You may also enter your zip code during checkout to see if you qualify for local delivery. 

If you place your Next Day Delivery order between 8am-8pm PST (Mon-Fri) or 10am-5pm PST (Sat & Sun), your order will be processed and shipped to you the next day. Orders placed outside these hours will be delivered in 2 business days (Example: Order placed 11pm Monday will be delivered on Wednesday). 

Deliveries are typically made between 9am – 8pm PST from Monday – Friday, and 10am – 5pm on Saturday and Sunday, excluding observed holidays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. Our drivers prefer to hand your order to you directly, since these are perishable products. However, we will happily leave your order outside your door or at a specified secure location if no one is available at the time of delivery.

Our drivers work hard to get you your order as soon as possible, and do the best to deliver your products in a safe and timely manner. If for any reason you experience an issue with your Next Day Delivery order, please contact us immediately at sales@liftedandchill.com with your name and order number.

 

Restricted Shipping Zones

Unfortunately, some states have banned hemp-derived Delta 8 THC from being purchased or consumed. We are unable to ship to those states. As of 07/2021, they are: Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Kentucky, Idaho, Iowa, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, and Washington. We apologize for the inconvenience. 


International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time. We are sorry for the inconvenience.


How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive email and/or text notification from us when your order is being processed, shipped and on its way for delivery. It will include a tracking number you can use to check its status if you chose not to select local Next Day delivery option. Please allow 24-48 hours for non-local delivery tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@liftedandchill.com with your name and order number, and we resolve this issue to the best of our abilities.
